The City Cabaret OKC: Retro Wonderland

The City Cabaret OKC is celebrating the holiday season by transforming into an intimate 1940’s jazz club offering a mix of Christmas and classic jazz standards. Shows are December 9th and 10th at The Paramount Theatre, 11 N. Lee Ave., at 8:00pm. Tickets are $25. “We have always loved music from the 1940’s,” said Cristela Carrizales, Artistic Director. “The songs are truly timeless. Add to that the nostalgia of classic Christmas standards, and we think audiences are bound to have a truly wonderful time.” Retro Wonderland will feature the musical talents of Marita Stryker, Sheridan McMichael, Kendon Lacy, Emily Etherton, Cristela Carrizales and backed by The City Cabaret band: Christopher Black, Michelle Hedges and Musical Director, Corie Melaugh. Dressing in a retro-style is not required but encouraged.
